Fragrance Equip Inc. is a Church Management Consulting and Church Revitalization organization providing church and ministry solutions that support the missions of churches, ministries, and faith-based organizations.

We work with our clients to define and redefine their strategic thrust, improve ministry operations, know and engage with their community, overcome ministry and administrative bottlenecks, and equip their teams to fulfill the great commandment and the great commission.

We believe in the mandate and guarantee to the church to make disciples of all nations, and all the powers of hell will not conquer it. Our services strengthen church and ministry founders and leaders, to be more effective in their assignments, equip their teams, and be relevant in the marketplace and communities where they are.

Pastor Joel Osebor is gifted, anointed and trained to provide pastoral and ministerial support to churches, businesses and ministries. Our faculty is made of experienced professionals in church administration, church growth strategies, management, leadership, business, Information Technology, Media, Brand Strategy and personal development. They have over 50years of cumulative experience in supporting churches, ministries and business organizations achieve their strategic goals and vision.

The Associates Network (TAN), is an initiative of Fragrance Equip designed to bring together leaders, ministers, and pastors assisting and providing ministry supports to Senior Pastors, Founders, and Visionaries in churches, ministries, and Christian Faith-based Organizations.

The focus of TAN is to share insights, context, and experiences on how to strategically support the vision and mission of the organizations God has called them to serve viz-a-vis the opportunities and challenges.

Programs of TAN will include:
